Bakalářská práce vypracovaná v rámci bakalářského studia oboru B2341 se zabývá problematikou sportovních vozů určených na automobilové soutěže rally. Postupně je zde popsán podvozek a motor soutěžních speciálů WRC. U každého dílu je vysvětlen základní princip, využití a postupný vývoj s ohledem na pravidla FIA.The bachelor´s thesis elaborated in frame of bachelor studies branch B2341 deals the analyse deal with problems sports model intended on automobile contests rally. Gradually is here described undercart and motor competitive specials WRC. Near of each of part is explained keystone, usage and gradual evolution with reference to rules FIA.

DEBWrite: Free Customizable Web-based Dictionary Writing System

Today, lexicographers can avail themselves of several commercial and freely distributed dictionary writing systems (DWS). Nevertheless, there is still a group of users whose requirements are not satisfied by existing DWSs. In various lexicographic forums, there is a growing demand for freely available DWS that allows customization of the dictionary microstructure. In accordance with such requests, a new project was developed as part of the DEB (Dictionary Editor and Browser) platform. DEBWrite is implemented as a multi-platform web application based on open standards. It allows users to create and share a new dictionary without any difficult configuration or advanced technical skills. According to a defined entry structure, the editing form and the public dictionary browser are generated automatically. DEBWrite supports small and larger team cooperation when working on the dictionary content. Access rights management for the created dictionary involves three levels of user roles: a manager, an editor, and a reader. It is possible to publish the resulting dictionary in various formats, both for human readers, and for external applications (e.g. NLP-related applications that need to work with lexicographic data). The dictionary may be published in an online form, or in formats suitable for print preparation

Lexicographic Tools to Build New Encyclopaedia of the Czech Language

The first edition of the Encyclopaedia of the Czech Language was published in 2002 and since that time it has established as one of the basic reference books for the study of the Czech language and related linguistic disciplines. However, many new concepts and even new research areas have emerged since that publication. That is why a preparation of a complete new edition of the encyclopaedia started in 2011, rather than just re-printing the previous version with supplements. The new edition covers current research status in all concepts connected with the linguistic studies of (prevalently, but not solely) the Czech language. The project proceeded for five years and it has finished at the end of 2015, the printed edition is currently in preparation. An important innovation of the new encyclopaedia lies in the decision that the new edition will be published both as a printed book and as an electronic on-line encyclopaedia, utilizing the many advantages of electronic dictionaries. In this paper, we describe the lexicographic platform used for the Encyclopaedia preparation and the process behind the work flow consisting of more than 3,000 pages written by nearly 200 authors from all over the world. The paper covers the process of managing entry submissions, the development of tools to convert word processor files to an XML database, tools to cross-check and connect bibliography references from free text to structured bibliography entries, and the preparation of data for the printed publicationPrvní vydání Encyklopedického slovníku češtiny bylo vydáno v roce 2002 a od té doby slouží jako jedna ze základních referenčních příruček pro studium češtiny a souvisejících lingvistických oborů. Ovšem od vydání se objevily nové koncepty a výzkumné oblasti. Proto v roce 2011 začala příprava naprosto nového, přepracovaného vydání, které bylo vhodnější než doplnění původního vydání o dodatky. Nové vydání pokrývá aktuální stav výzkumu v lingvistických oborech (převážně) češtiny. Project pokračoval pět let a byl dokončen na konci roku 2015, tištěná publikace je v současné době v přípravě. Důležitá inovace nové encyklopedie je v rozhodnutí vydat současně tištěnou knihu i elektronickou online encyklopedii, s využitím mnoha výhod elektronických slovníků. Tento článek popisuje lexikografickou platformu použitou pro tvorbu encyklopedie a metody při postupu práce na tvorbě více než 3000 stran textu od téměř 200 autorů z celého světa. Migrating Cornetto Lexicon to New XML Database Engine

The original Cornetto project started to develop a new complex-structured lexicon for the Dutch language. The lexicon building process works with information from two current electronic dictionaries -- the Referentie Bestand Nederlands (RBN), which contains FrameNet-like structures, and the Dutch wordnet (DWN) with the usual wordnet structures. The resulting Cornetto lexicon is stored in a system called Cornetto database, which is built over the Dictionary Editor and Browser platform. In this paper, we describe a transition of the Cornetto database system to a new database backend based on large set of tests that were run on four selected (out of twenty) available XML database systems. We present the technical details of the Cornetto editing process and the results before and after the database transition.Cílem projektu Cornetto bylo vytvořit nový komplexní lexikon nizozemského jazyka. Při tvorbě lexikonu se pracuje s informace ze dvou existujících elektronických slovníků - Referentie Bestand Nederlands (RBN), který obsahuje struktury podobné FrameNetu, a Dutch Wordnet (DWN) s obvyklou strukturou wordnetu. Výsledný lexikon je uložen v systému nazvaném Cornetto database, který je postaven na platformě Dictionary Editor and Browser (DEB). V článku popisujeme přechod systému Cornetto na novou databázi, která byla vybrána pomocí rozsáhlé sady testů provedených na čtyřech vybraných (z více než dvaceti existujících) XML databázových systémech. A car prototype manufacture using modern methods and CAD/CAM

Projekt vypracovaný v rámci inženýrského studia, řeší problematiku výroby prototypu automobilu pomocí moderní technologie reverzního inženýrství a aplikace CAD/CAM. Na základě literární studie dané problematiky, byl navržen postup digitalizace fyzického modelu automobilu, včetně jeho úpravy a zpracování získaných dat. Navazujícím krokem bylo ověření výroby modelu aditivní technologií rapid prototyping – metodou FDM. Verifikace dosažených výsledků byla provedena na konzolové vertikální frézce FV 25 CNC, s řídicím systémem Heidenhain iTNC 530 s využitím obráběcích strategií pomocí CAM software PowerMILL. Na závěr byly vzniklé modely dle potřeby upraveny.The project developed under the engineering studies, solves the problem of production of a prototype car using modern technology, reverse engineering and CAD / CAM. Based on the literary study of the issue, was designed process of digitization of the physical model of car, including the treatment and processing of data. Follow-up step was to verify the production of the additive rapid prototyping technology - FDM method. Verification of the results was performed on a vertical milling cantilever FV 25 CNC with control system Heidenhain iTNC 530 using a cutting strategies by PowerMILL CAM software. At the end of the resulting models edit as necessary.

The Evaluation of RTK method precision

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit přesnost určování prostorové polohy vybraných služeb poskytovatelů Czepos a TopNET. Vybranými službami byly virtuální referenční stanice generovaná podle konceptu MAC u sítě Czepos a virtuální referenční stanice NVR3 u sítě TopNET. Testování proběhlo pomocí GNSS aparatury Leica System 1200 metodou RTK ve dvou částech. Byly měřeny dlouhé 24 hodinové observace na pilíři a krátké pětisekundové a dvacetisekundové observace na pěti vybraných bodech v lokalitě města Brna. Výsledkem je porovnání přesnosti polohové a výškové složky určované prostorové polohy.The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate a precision of spatial position of chosen services from Czepos and TopNET providers. The chosen services were virtual reference station generated by MAC concept from Czepos provider and virtual reference station NVR3 from TopNET provider. Testing measurement was measured by RTK method with GNSS instrument from Leica System 1200. There were measured long-standing observations which lasts 24 hours and short observations which lasts five and twenty seconds. The short observations were measured at five points in area of Brno. Result of the thesis is comparisons of precisions in position and height.

Silver Amalgam Nanoparticles and Microparticles: A Novel Plasmonic Platform for Spectroelectrochemistry

Plasmonic nanoparticles from unconventional materials can improve or even bring some novel functionalities into the disciplines inherently related to plasmonics such as photochemistry or (spectro)electrochemistry. They can, for example, catalyze various chemical reactions or act as nanoelectrodes and optical transducers in various applications. Silver amalgam is the perfect example of such an unconventional plasmonic material, albeit it is well-known in the field of electrochemistry for its wide cathodic potential window and strong adsorption affinity of biomolecules to its surface. In this study, we investigate in detail the optical properties of nanoparticles and microparticles made from silver amalgam and correlate their plasmonic resonances with their morphology. We use optical spectroscopy techniques on the ensemble level and electron energy loss spectroscopy on the single-particle level to demonstrate the extremely wide spectral range covered by the silver amalgam localized plasmonic resonances, ranging from ultraviolet all the way to the mid-infrared wavelengths. Our results establish silver amalgam as a suitable material for introduction of plasmonic functionalities into photochemical and spectroelectrochemical systems, where the plasmonic enhancement of electromagnetic fields and light emission processes could synergistically meet with the superior electrochemical characteristics of mercury

Economic aspects of multi-source demand-side consumption optimization in the smart home concept

Current energy consumption trends lead to rapidly growing consumption of local renewable energy sources. Such installations bring new requirements on energy consumption profiles. Due to the massive multiplication of the results, one of the most interesting elements of the power grid, in this respect, is formed by households. Smart profiling of household energy consumption may be crucial for the adaptability of the global grid. In this article, we present the design and usage of a demand-side, consumption profiling system named the Priority-driven Appliance Control System (PAX). We describe the main features of the PAX system and show its application using real-world data. The main benefits are presented as direct economic assets in connection with various household energy sources (energy grid and photovoltaic panels) and efficient usage with regard to government energy grants.Web of Science1271088

Effective Creation of Self-Referencing Citation Records

Acquiring citation records from online resources has become a popular approach to building bibliography for one's publication. LaTeX document preparation system is the most popular platform for typesetting publications in academia. It uses BibTeX as a tool used to describe and process lists of references. In this article we present a simple method that allows to automatically create a full self-referencing citation record for a collection of papers typeset and published within one proceedings of a conference. This greatly facilitates access to the bibliography entries for anyone who wishes to use them as part of their own publication.Získávání citačních záznamů elektronických zdrojů se stalo standardním požadavkem na vydavatele. V akademickém světě jsou standardními nástroji LaTeX pro sazbu a BibTeX pro práci s citacemi. V článku je prezentována jednoduchá metoda pro automatické vytvoření citační databáze v BibTeXu pro souborné dílo (sborník a.p.) sázené v LaTeXu. To usnadňuje další citovanost vytvořeného díla a článků v něm jejich autory
